Construction Management Services

• Provide project evaluation and hard cost for the owners program
• Facilitate and coordinate regular meetings with the owner
• Consult with owner in regards to material options, building system options, and equipment selections
• Prepare and update construction schedule along with a critical path schedule
• Provide progress reports
• Responsible for the timely ordering of long lead items, shop drawings, and submittal of samples as required
• Responsible for the phasing and coordination of all trades and work to meet the owners requirements; schedule
• Solicit & develop the interest of subcontractors & suppliers for the purpose of providing bids on materials, equipment, and services for the individual trades
• Perform the duties of project accounting & project progress billings, material and labor lien releases, and payout disbursements to subcontractors
• Provide full time on site project coordinator, safety coordinator, and construction supervisor acting as representative to owner and construction manager
